At Custom Cakes I pride myself on offering that personal touch to your special day, I like to get to know each client over a cuppa to get a feel for what the perfect cake would be for you. Whether you already have an idea in mind or you are looking for inspiration I can bring your ideas and personality to life in your cake. I have 13 years experience as a pastry chef in some of Scotlands most prestigious hotel's and restaurants, I use the skills I have gained throughout these years to provide an extensive list of flavours to choose from, who decided it has to be fruit cake!
